AREEE Registration
In order to attend the conference, at least one author of a paper must register. And each registration enables only one author to attend the conference.
If you will not present, please register as the delegate of the conference. (Registration Electronic System)
Invitation Letters
Delegates requiring an invitation letter for attending the conference may write to the AREEE
Secretariat. Please make sure you include the following information when you send your request to
areee@iacsitp.com:
Name, postal address, and a valid email address
Number of your paper, title and list of authors, if you are presenting a paper
The words “Invitation Letter Request” in the subject field of your email
Please note that we will issue the invitation letter to who has an accepted paper at conference with proven that you are registered and settled the relevant payment.
Payment
Online Payment System
Payment can be made online via Visa or Mastercard Card. Our system will automatically generate your transaction to us and you should receive our confirmation letter via email shortly.
Telegraphic Transfer
The bank account can be found in the registation form. Please email the copy of the telegraphic transfer receipt to conference secretary upon completion of the telegraphic transfer. Email confirmation letter will be sent to you once we confirmed the T/T has well received.
Paypal
Send online payment to the payment account directly and fill in the registration form with your paypal
account and the date of your payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Request for Cancellation will be subjected to the following condition:
• Request on or before March 5, 2027, 30% of paid amount will be charged.
• No refund after March 5, 2027 will be allowed.
• Payment for refund will be settled ONLY after the conference.
